A generalist with a decade of building companies from zero to one. Currently leading AI implementation in luxury retail. Writing about the space in between.
I am a generalist. Sales, marketing, product, building companies from scratch, and now AI implementation. I have done a bit of everything, and the range is what I lean on.
Right now, I lead implementation at Intelo, working with luxury retail clients to make AI adoption real. Most of my days are spent understanding how businesses work, where they resist change, and figuring out how to get people and processes aligned so technology can actually deliver.
I write a newsletter called Product-First Generalist where I think out loud about luxury retail, AI, product strategy, and things I am trying to make sense of. I am working on becoming more structured and disciplined in my writing, in my thinking, in how I spend my time.
The long game? Build something meaningful from India. Something at the scale of the companies I admire. I am nowhere close. But I am trying to be 1% better every day, and that compounds.
When life gives me the chance to slow down, I travel and capture stories and emotions through my lens. It is how I unwind, how I see.
I am always up for a good conversation. Whether it is about AI in luxury retail, the gap between strategy and execution, building something new, or just swapping travel stories. If something here resonated, say hello.
